Singapore bunker prices gained strength Monday, fueled by the rebound in
crude. The Singapore ex-wharf 380 CST grade climbed $2.50 to $651.50/mt,
reflecting the firmer Singapore high sulfur fuel oil market. One trade source
said that in light of a higher crude flat price and a well-supported bunker
premium, some shipowners are still waiting out for better offers. As at 4:30
pm Singapore time (0830 GMT), July Cash Brent futures were at $108.22/barrel,

The Asian VLCC market out of the Persian Gulf opened the week on a steady
note with the rates on key Persian Gulf-East routes staying at the w60 mark.
All the latest fixtures reported were also heard done in the w60 levels.
Fixture-wise, CPC had taken the Desh Vishaal for a Persian Gulf-Taiwan
voyage, loading June 7, at w70. Thai charterer IRPC took the Delta Millennium
