Bunker fuel demand in Singapore and the Middle Eastern port of Fujairah was above average on the first trading day of the week, said traders. In Singapore, ex-wharf 380 CST bunker was heard offered at $328/mt at the start of the Platts Market on Close assessment process. A dip in crude, however, led sellers to lower offers to $326.75-$327/mt. Trades were heard at $326.75-$327/mt during the MOC process.
